Israeli strikes on Lebanon put Mideast truce at risk

The war in the Middle East has caused destruction and displacement of mill
millions of people for years, putting the truce at risk after Israeli attac
attacks on Lebanon killed over 250 people. The US Vice President met with I
Iranian negotiators to discuss peace talks, but Iran's blockade of the Stra
Strait of Hormuz caused oil prices to rise near $150 a barrel due to supply
supply shortages. Israel stated that its actions in Lebanon were not covere
covered by the ceasefire announced by Trump, while Iran and Pakistan said i
it was explicitly part of the deal. Countries have condemned Israel's attac

impact on supply and demand. While futures contracts for delivery have ease
eased since Trump announced the ceasefire, the price of physical oil for im
immediate delivery remains at record-high levels.

Trump threatened more attacks if Iran does not comply with the truce condit
conditions, stating that the 'Shootin' Starts', bigger and better than any
anyone has ever seen before. However, Iran still possesses missiles and dr
drones capable of targeting its neighbors and a stockpile of highly enriche
enriched uranium. The conflict in the Middle East is complex, with multiple
