As part of its efforts to spearhead the country's digital transformation, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has launched the Free WiFi For All program in Tawi-Tawi, a region often underserved by digital connectivity. The Free WiFi initiative has already been implemented in parts of Basilan and Sulu.
