US detainees in Iran risk becoming collateral damage in war, families and supporters fear

The United States has five citizens and one permanent resident being held in Iran. If the United States were to go to war with Iran, there is a real possibility that these detainees could be used as collateral damage in a war with Iran.
The families and supporters of the detainees are extremely worried about their safety and well-being should the US and Iran go to war.
The detainees are not military personnel, and their only crime is entering Iran and breaking the law. They should not be used as political pawns in a war between two countries.

We have to do everything in our power to ensure that these detainees are released before the US and Iran go to war. The safety of these individuals is at risk, and we cannot allow that to happen. Please, everyone, share this information as much as possible so that people are aware of the situation.
Let's do everything in our power to get these detainees released before it's too late.
