Trump blasts allies as Iran war and strait closure drive fuel prices higher

President Trump expressed frustration with allies who were not doing enough to support the US war effort in Iran, saying go get your own oil as fuel prices rose. The war has caused major disruptions to the world's supply of oil and natural gas, roiling global markets and pushing up the cost of many basic goods. In a series of tweets, Trump shared footage of an attack on Isfahan and blamed allies like the UK and France for not consulting them before entering a war with no clear endgame.
