As a cycling enthusiast, I've always been fascinated by team time trials. The precision, strategy, and teamwork required to succeed in this type of event are truly captivating. And when that team is as dominant as Standard Insurance Philippines, the result is nothing short of impressive.

On April 25, Standard Insurance Philippines demonstrated its prowess once again by winning Stage 2 Team Time Trial at the 2025 Tour of Luzon. The grueling event, which started in front of the San Agustin Church in Paoay and ended in front of the Ilocos Sur Provincial Capitol, was a test of endurance, strategy, and teamwork.

As an Information Architect Professional, I've found that these same principles – teamwork, strategy, and endurance – can be applied to our work in IT. So, what did Standard Insurance Philippines do right? Here are 5 lessons we can learn from their victory
