Mayor Sotto emphasized that while his administration aims to make doing business in Pasig easier, minimum environmental standards must be met. We want to support local businesses, but we also expect them to adhere to our regulations, he said. If they fail to comply, we will take necessary action, including closure.

Enforcement Underway Strict Compliance

The City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) confirmed the violations following water sampling, and four establishments have already received Notices of Violation.
