Between 301 and 700 p.m., some areas will experience brownouts;
Between 401 and 800 p.m., brownouts will hit some locations in Makati C
City; and Wack-Wack Greenhills East in Mandaluyong;
And between 501 and 900 p.m. in some parts of Alfonso, Dasmariñas City,
