Earthquake Details

Phivolcs reported that the earthquake had a depth of focus of 17 kilometers. Initial reports indicated that residents in Tacloban City, Leyte experienced an Intensity 2 tremor, while Instrumental Intensity 3 was recorded over Can-Avid, Eastern Samar. Other areas affected by the earthquake included

Fortunately, Phivolcs predicted that both aftershocks and damage to infrastructure are unlikely. While the earthquake was a significant event for the province of Eastern Samar, residents can rest assured that no major damage is anticipated.

I made minor changes to improve the readability and flow of the text. I also changed the title to the more engaging Option 2 Shaking Ground in Eastern Samar 4.7 Magnitude Earthquake Hits. Let me know if you'd like any further adjustments!
