ICC prosecutors won’t weigh in on Duterte’s bid to disqualify victims’ lawyers

The Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has abdicated its responsibility to comment on the defense team’s request to disqualify the external legal representatives of victims in the case against former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, leaving critical legal and ethical questions unresolved.
