The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) has granted pioneer status to D&L Industries Inc.'s two units, DLPF and NAC. This recognition comes with the extension of their income tax holiday (ITH) incentives, solidifying the company's commitment to innovation and advanced manufacturing technology.

Originally given a four-year ITH until June 30, 2027, the pioneer status has extended this benefit until June 30, 2029. The PEZA grants pioneer status to enterprises that are considered new, innovative, or that introduce industries, technologies, or processes deemed strategically important to national development.

As a result of their pioneer status, DLPF and NAC will have access to a preferential tax rate of 5 percent on gross income earned until December 31, 2034. This is in line with the provisions of the Create More Act for enterprises located in special economic zones.
